Partner Visa Subclass 820

Hi every one, if some one could help me to clear some questions about my application I will appreciate it.   We did the application on December 23 of 2016 and we have not received any response at the moment, we got an email 6 months ago asking for the police check but nothing more. When we apply the average processing time was between 12 and 15 months and now the immigration website say that the average processing time is up to 26 months.   I'm still on student visa because my student visa will expire on May 2019, so the bridging visa is not in effect because my student visa is currently in effect.   My questions are.   Does anyone know if the new average processing time will apply to my process?   Some people been telling me that until my student visa ends they will no give me any response because in Australia the international students is a big business and is not convenient for the government to stop students visas,
does anyone know if that is true?   this waiting period is very frustrating and expensive to me because I still have to pay these studies.

820 801 Wife Left Me I Need Help

I need help   My wife and I are married she is currently on an 820 visa she left me dec 2017 just after signing paperwork for the 801. I have no idea where she is accept the approx suburb of where she said she is, she wont answer my calls or txts or any efforts to repair our marriage. last time we spoke was she wanted me to tell immigration that she is staying at my parents place when shes clearly not. when she left she took 95% of everything in the house including a car which is in my name being paid off still but only by her recently the rest ive paid for. I informed immigration that we have separated to which no she most likely believes i did it and thinks im trying to blackmail her into coming back which im not i truly miss and love my wife and want to fix our marriage. theirs no family violence involved at all only arguing ( yelling and screaming out of frustration) and no kids of our own. our issues were lack of time spent together and financial and lack of work on my part which wasn't my fault but have been tying to fix. shes been out alot before we broke up either supposedly partying or staying at friends places yet on her one day off per week she constantly had plans and if i wanted time with her it like i had to book it in which annoyed me no end. i dont want to cancel my sponsorship as i will be out of the loop and if shes deported i wont no if and when as i will need to find the car and household goods. an immigration lawyer said shes pretty well shot herself in the foot by leaving the marriage before the 801 was submitted and she now apparently cant submit it coz immigration know we arnt together and most likely get her deported which i dont want. as before ive been trying to get her to join me in fixing the marriage and go to counselling as i do love her and she is my wife and im not the type of guy to give up that easy but im scared, depressed and generally unwell since she left and the situation shes in now and im trying to save her and everything else but shes being stubborn. answers as to what will happen to her and what options she will have with immigration and roughly how long it will take for them to catch up with her as id love nothing more then for her to come home and rebuild our marriage so i can genuinely say to immigration that yes we have reconciled unlike her request to me asking me to lie to them after i made the initial call of our separation, her basically asking me to say that were together when were not and i told her i wont play games or lie to immigration. HELP ME PLEASE.....................

I am on a tourist visa here in Australia for a year and my tourist visa will end by April, 2018. Luckily I am pregnant and baby will be due by June 2018, up until now we haven't heard anything from my partner visa application, which has been lodged March 2017 in the Philippines. Doctors appointments and laboratory expenses are very expensive. Hope you can help us on whom to talk to and what to do next, we would like the baby to be born here in Australia.

Visitor Visa For My Vietnamese Girlfriend

Hi,   I just been back to Vietnam to visit my girlfriend. While there we applied to have her visit again in July.
She has been here before for 3 months.   The question is when we applied for the visa we had the option of 3 months, 6 months or 12 months in the section where it asks length of stay in Australia.
We opted for 3 months. But we put a two week two week date range in July. Someone then told her she should only apply for a short stay of two weeks because it will be refused if we ask for 3 months so this is what we put in for. Should we change the dates to 3 months? We have not submitted the application yet as we are yet to upload some documents.   Do immigration give the visa for the two weeks or will they give a 3 month window? Ideal if she could stay for the 3 months but she also has a sisters wedding in September and she would want to return for that. Also are we able to get a multiple entry on the visa if immi give us the three month window so we could attend the wedding and return to Australia?   Really hope someone can advise the correct course to take as ideally we want her to stay for 3 months with travel back to VN and back to Australia.   I have visited her 3 times within the past 8 months. She has been here for 3 months as I mentioned and did not have no further stay as one of the conditions.   Thank you

Effectiveness Of Migration Agencies ?

Hi everybody, I am new here and would really appreciate some feedback.
I have been in a committed relationship with my Filipina partner for nearly 3 years now and she recently applied for the Tourist Visa to visit Australia but had it refused on the grounds that they did not believe she intended to stay within the clauses of the visa ie return to the Philippines. I filled out the application and the form where she gave permission that I act as an "exempt party" to help with the application.
I have been supporting Wilma and our two kids from the onset and she has not been employed over this time as she has her work cut out for her as a full time stay at home mother. I sent a letter of invitation, my financial statements and all required documentation, still to no avail. I do understand the immigration needs strict guidelines and have been told that if all the ducks are not in a row and just one steps out of line that the application will be refused automatically. As we intend to marry very shortly and I will be applying for the Partner Visa (309/100) I have spoken to a few Visa Service providers and it has been explained that applying without the expertise of an Agent is comparable to facing court without a lawyer.
One company clearly stated that they have a 97% success rate with the Partner Visas. They suggest that I apply for the 309/100 that will cost me around AUD13k for Wilma and the our two children. I am hoping that there are some folks out there who might have had experience with Agents or have gone it alone and been successful or unsuccessful with either. Being together as a family is very important to us all and I really cannot afford to make mistakes in obtaining this.   Any feedback would be really appreciated

Partner Visa

Hey.   Im Irish and my partner is Australian, we've been together a year and a half, we met when i was on a WHV in Brisbane, we moved to Birmingham England together in September 2016 so she could complete her year abroad study.
We want to get the ball rolling with the partner visa, but the problem is we haven't got joint bank accounts together or tenancy agreements (long story for both) but we did register our relationship before we left Brisbane. We are willing to pay for a migration agent to help.   My question is, How long are we talking if we use an agent? And if temporary residency gets accepted do i have to remain in the uk until my permanent residency gets accepted.

What Is The Eb5 Visa Program?

The Eb5 Green Card was made to advance interests in organizations and to make and safeguard occupations in the U.S. Every year more individuals go to the U.S. looking for occupations or only another lifestyle. Be that as it may, those individuals who go to the U.S. on account of contributing frequently are permitted to live here by having a settler financial specialist visa. This card permits speculators to live inside the U.S. legitimately while maintaining their business. Obviously there is a long procedure to experience before one is allowed a green card visa, however at last numerous trust it is genuinely justified, despite all the trouble.   With illicit migration a greater, and more argumentative, issue nowadays, the nation has taken care of the system to end up a legitimate lasting occupant. Essentially this is the system that all migrants must experience on the off chance that they are hoping to wind up U.S. occupants through the way that they are setting up a business venture that will make new occupations and business stream inside a territory.   With regards to the Eb5 Visa attorney Program there are a few necessities that foreigners must meet before they are allowed habitation in the U.S. Most if not these prerequisites must be met before the settler's appeal to wind up an inhabitant is acknowledged and handled.   The following are probably the most widely recognized prerequisites.   1. Putting resources into new advertisement undertaking - For a settler to have an endorsed Eb5 visa, he/she should demonstrate that there has been a venture of at any rate $1,000,000 to the new business. In the event that the business was made with a specific end goal to focus on a particular sort of livelihood, and in an exceptionally assigned territory, then a financial specialist just needs verification that $500,000 has been spent. The greater part of the cash must be followed back to guarantee it originated from lawful techniques.   2. Beginning another venture - This implies you need to make a unique business that will offer a particular item or administration. Workers can likewise purchase a business that as of now exists inside the U.S. furthermore, transform it around by rearranging it with the goal that it begins off once more, giving new ad venture results. On the off chance that the business is obtained and as of now in presence, the new business must have the capacity to expand the first venture number of employments by around 140%. On the off chance that the business is floundering by 20% of additional, the new proprietor must have the capacity to keep the majority of the current occupations.   3. Profiting the economy - obviously the current business must advantage the U.S. economy somehow or another. An undeniable advantage is that the new venture would make employments. Another business can utilize no under 10 full-time people. A current organization must hold every single existing worker for a long time.   Before you apply for the Eb5 visa project make certain that your undertaking meets these necessities. Guarantee you have the greater part of the essential documentation to demonstrate so too. Along these lines the procedure is a ton smoother for you. On the off chance that you meet the greater part of the necessities you're well on your approach to getting your Eb5 green card.

Partner Visa Subclass 309 - Kenya

Hello, has anyone had recent experience with applying for a partner visa from Kenya?   My partner and I applied in November 2015 and we haven't heard anything except he was asked to go for his medical (which was all cleared). We don't have a case officer yet. We have a young daughter and he is currently in Kenya waiting (we are in Melbourne) to hear if he has been granted a visitor visa as he is not eligible for a bridging visa.   I'd be keen to hear any tips & tricks or expected timeframes.   Thanks

457 Visa And Spousal

1. I'm currently in the process of filing my application for a 457 sponsorship visa. One thing that I had noticed and I'm uncertain about is that I require health insurance or medicare during my stay. My current medicare card gives me cover until the end of my my Working Holiday visa, which is this year. Do I still need cover on top of this for my 457 application? Can I extend my medicare cover? Will medicare be adequate?   2. If my employers submit my 457 form and I get rejected, I understand that I have 21 days to leave the country. Am I able to submit a Spousal visa after the rejection of the 457? .

Warning About Susan And David Johnson Get Going Migration

The Experience of Debbie and Karl Wynn of Susan and David Johnson of Get Going Migration:
I received a very upsetting Private Message this morning from one of our members, due to site rules i have removed the agents name and company name and posted it hoping fellow members can help this family in some way, as i dread to think just how lost they are feeling right now. It is known the UK company they used isnt MARA registered but can anyone offer good advice on what this family can do from here, or where to go for good advice ? Can any of our resident agents offer advice or help?.
This again shows how important it is to make sure the agent you recruit is MARA Registered but what is done is done so we won't dwell on that.
hi,
we lodged our 189 PR visa 18 months ago and received (after a VERY stressful and complicated application process) verbal confirmation' from Get Going migration agents that we had our visa grant in july this year. my husband and I handed in notices and began the task of packing up and closing life here and organising and sorting everything for the big move.. we are a week off shipping our furniture.. we have cases all around us packed, we have given loads away to charity and friends, we have handed in our advisory primary school teaching notices to the authority and have a few weeks till we were due to fly.. (shipment of furniture was booked with John mason for next week - I have bought tropical clothes etc for all family members and our leaving party at work is planned, shipment of our house/furniture is booked for next week..etc) HOWEVER.. .....................
the Get Going migration company (not MARA registered) emailed us today with a load of rubbish excuses about a 'possible security breach and stated that in fact we DO NOT have any applications for visas lodged and never have had!?!?! we are no longer eligible to apply for one as primary teachers are no longer on list!?!?!!?!?!?!
Devastated is not the word. we have 18 months worth of lies recordd on email/texts and we have spent thousands of pounds on medicals, Qld teacher registration, certification of documents etc and said goodbuy to our life.. Get Going Migration agents even falsely 'created' a pretend visa grant notification with made up TRN numbers and everything!! and up until 10 o clock last night were promising our official paper work and grants to arrive - but the 'director informed us today that in fact no visa was EVER lodged last June!?!?!!!!!?!?!
we have bought our daughter a mermaid tail and swimming pool toys for a Christmas in the sunshine this will now never happen....we are packed and ready to move .. but as things stand tonight we have nothing.. no jobs. a two year commitment to being landlords/bigger rental mortgage.. a big BIG mess to clear up.. and an end to our oz dreams. frown emoticon Our future now is full of court appearances and bitter battles and NOT sunshine/dolphins!!!! we MAY be entitled to compensation through courts but it is going to be a long, expensive, time consuming and stressful process.. not us spending Christmas in sunshine like we have been dreaming of for 2 + years!! total world devastation!
The reason I am emailing you all of this is that Sudan Johnson and David Johnson from Get Going uk migration are not registered with MARA and should NOT be allowed to trade.. they have directly lied for 100+ emails.. and although they have offered us a 'refund for thier fees' have not even acknowledged the stress and life devastation this bare faced deceit has caused us as a family (Past and future) We do not want them to get off with this and will pursue through police and courts from tom.. but we don't want others to suffer same fate. Don't feel we are able to openly report.. 'don't touch them with a bargepole on forum just in case legal proceedings begin.. but need/want people to know thee are BIG trust and honesty probelms. Also - as they are not registered it seems we have NO Comeback or support or ANY outside agency willing to help us sort the mess and get justice for our treatment.. cant find ANY uk contact numbers or agencies to talk to directly (no numbers for immigration/embassy etc) and will just have to walk into police station tom with arm full of emails/lies!?!?! As a moderator I wanted you to know and possibly spread word with the locals etc. if you have any advice re: avenues for help we would be grateful - am wishing with all my heart this is not the end to my big dream for my family - but realistically know it probably is!! (primary school teachers no longer required in Brisbane - eldest son now 19 and not in college/eligible as he was when we started this!! :-((( ) Any all advice gratefully received, Many thanks. (Sorry for ramble - don't know where to turn! No one wants to know - our world is a mess and we don't know what o do!?!) x
