Hi,

I have a very fragile daughter(been in hospital for two years). I have my sister came as tourist visa last November 2015  and was able to get her condition "no further stay waived" so that we can lodge carers visa onshore.

Now my question is that can we include her husband and child who are offshore in the application?

The husband and child will have to apply for their own Visitors Visa.  They will probably get a No Further Stay.

Carers Visa's are usually for one person.
