Hi.

I got refused for my Student Visa last June 2017 and now we are going to re apply for a Visitor's Visa Subclass 600.

I have a job for almost 2 years now
I have :
COE/ Letter from employer / Bank statement /Invitation Letter /Proof of funds of my uncle from Australia and also all their documents are already notarized by JP . My documents are all notarized too.My student visa was refused because the course I wanted to take in Australia is just equivalent to the course I take here in Philippines.

I don't intend to stay in Australia as I have a Job in Philippines ,
I just wanted to know if there's any chance for my Visitor's Visa to be approved this time?

You need to consider why the Student Visa was rejected.  The reason may also affect your VV 600.

Just make sure the letter from your employer is complete and confirms your position, employment, wage, and you have leave and the job will be there for you on return.

I have written a guide here:  http://www.australia...ion/#entry44239
