  1. Is it possible to apply for a tourist visa, then a bridging visa with work rights while waiting for 820 approval?
  2. My husband and I have been living together for 4.5 years (married for 3 months). We've just submit our application for 309 and understand that the 100 can be granted at the same time for long-term relationships. I understand this is at the discretion of the C/O assigned whether they grant this or not, but I'm wondering if there's anything else we can attach to our application to build a stronger case to get the 100 at the same time. We've got a lot of documentation including leases and bills, joint bank statements, and travel confirmations that all date back to 2014/2015, but I'm wondering if there is anything else we can attach to validate the length of our relationship? We've also included Form 888s from 3 friends who confirm this, but is there more we can add to increase our chances?
  3. I'm preparing to sponsor my partner for the 309 Partner Visa. I have some overdue taxes and HECs that I'm paying off (slowly) to the ATO via a payment plan. I plan to answer "Yes" when asked about debt to the Commonwealth, and confirm I'm making efforts to pay this via my payment plan. Will this impact our application?
