    482 (TSS Visa) partner

Thank you so much for the help. By reading this, it seems we meet all the criteria. We have never spent time apart, we are engaged and have mutual friends who can write character references for us. Social media shows us together as to do travel documents showing we have been places together. Hopefully this will show we are committed. We are planning on getting married later on this year so hopefully all will be ok? In relation to the other question: When we apply together, we get granted together I am assuming? Thanks

    482 (TSS Visa) partner

Hi all, I was wondering if someone could help? I have been offered a role as a Teacher in Qld, starting in July (I live outside of Australia at the moment). I am going through the paperwork now. My partner is going to be added onto the application but I have a few questions: 1. I have been reading that some people have waited up to 9 months to add their partners to their Visa's. I am applying with my partner from the start, so do we get accepted together? I can't be without my partner really (well, I wouldn't want too). 2. We're not married (yet) we are engaged. I am British and my partner is Thai. My partner has good qualifications, excellent English (IELTS 7, with one 7.5 category). We have been together for over a year so we would apply as a de facto couple. The condo we live is in my name and not his, this is common in Thailand. All his bank statements are at our address through and general bills are too. Our Social Media shows we've been together for over a year and we have mutual friends. Is this all ok? Would we need more information? Our landlord is happy to add his name onto the lease, but it would cost us a lot of money and be a bit of a hassle? Any help is greatly appreciated.
