  1. Hi there! Coming to an online application... Sponsor is required to add proof of Australian Residency. In the options window they ask either DIBP letter, Residence Certificate or Visa Label. We are thinking on adding Passport and Drivers license as we have already provided birth certificate, proof of address etc. in other fields. My partner is Australian Citizen by birth. Is there any document that we need to add/ order to provide his residency, or the docs mentioned above are enough? Thanks heaps!
  2. Thank you, just had a quick consultation with them!
  3. Thank you, @Aussie_83 ... I shall then contact someone.
  4. Thank you for your prompt reply... 1. We broke up with my ex in September, 2017. I have moved out in September, 2017. I have started a new relationship in Jan, 2018. I have revoked my previous relationship in March, 2018. My ex-partners and I's Student De Facto Visa was granted in November, 2017. 2. Thank you, I will ask them to do so. 3. Thank you, I will be aware of that and will add it.
  5. So what would be the case now? Any suggestions on what to do?
  6. Hey good people! I have 3 concerns regarding my Partner Visa 820/801 application... Can someone please advise or give me a suggestion? 1. Revoking of previous Student De Facto: 2/5 years ago I moved to AU and got a student visa and took my ex-partner as a dependant on my visa. Not long since that, we broke up and I have revoked relationship and informed the immigration. When mentioning previous De Facto partners, do I have to also attach evidence letter from NSW centre of me revoking my previous relationship? I have the receipt. Would this make an impact on the partners' visa we are about to apply with my current partner? The thing is that we broke up with my ex in September 2017 and I have moved out the same month, however, I have met my current partner two months after and I have revoked my previous relationship in NSW centre in March 2018. Also to mention that my ex-partner got his dependant visa not long after we broke up. I just don't want them to raise a flag as why I have started dating someone before updating Immi about the changes of circumstances earlier. As my ex was dependant on my visa.Or maybe they do not worry about it as much as it was not a marriage? I have, whatsoever, documents sent to me in a new address and it shows that I have moved out. As well as ticket flights, photos and statements of my current partner and I's relationship since the beggining (01.01.18) 2. FORM 888 by NON-Australians: As my parents and siblings are not Australians, is it ok for them to just write a written statement telling about our relationship and sign it as well as attaching a coloured copy of their passports? We have also gathered Form 888 x8 which were signed by AU citizens and certified by a JP (partners family and our friends). 3. Dates: some fields in the online application allows me to enter just a month and a year, where others need day/month/year. Is it ok to just enter month and a year for my previous addresses? As I can not remember the exact day I have moved it.
  7. @SammyJ The thing is that we broke up in September 2017 and I have moved out, however, I have met my current partner two months after and I have revoked my previous relationship in NSW centre in March 2018. It is half a year since we broke up. I just don't want them to raise a flag as why I have started dating someone before updating Immi about the changes of circumstances earlier. As my ex was dependant on my visa. Or maybe they do not worry about it as much as it was not a marriage? I have, whatsoever, documents sent to me in a new address and it shows that I have moved out. Thank you a lot!
  8. I am glad I have double-checked. Thank you so much, SUHI! Much appreciated.
  9. Can you please clarify me on this one more thing... Do I attach the letter evidence of the payment of revoking of the relationship? I have a receipt from the NSW centre. Or is it only the marriage divorce papers that need to be attached if the person was married previously?
  10. Hi Sammy, We both agreed to be a couple on the 1st of January, 2018 and since then we've been visiting each other regularly until we finally moved in together 7 months ago. All evidence including tickets, photos and bank transactions will be provided. Thank you so much for all the help! So that you are here, may I ask for a suggestion regarding my previous visa? 2/5 years ago I got a student visa and took my ex-partner as a dependant on my visa. Maybe @AussieDude could also have an opinion regarding this?
  11. Hi AussieDude! Can I just clarify, please? In Stage 1 of the application it asks to name the non-migrating family unit... and the next question asks if I have parents or siblings and says ''list them all''. I thought the term '' the family Unit'' stands for children and partners, so I wanted to tick a ''no'' and later add my parents and brother into the next question. Or should I include them in both questions? We are applying for Partners Visa.
  12. Awesome, thank you, Sammy! Seems easy, but when it comes to legal terms you don't want to make a mistake...
  13. Just if you could help us with one more thing about those dates. It is pretty confusing! The date you committed to a shared life together: Should I state it as April 2019, or does it have to be before De Facto date ( January 2018)? Which would make me state my De Facto later than January 2019? Or... can it be the same date for de facto and commitment for a shared life together?
  14. Hi there! Oh great. We will do so. We have Airline ticket bookings references, money transactions for the tickets to each other evidencing that we share financial aspects, photos with his family in Brisbane, concert tickets together etc. Do you reckon I need to cover every month since January 2018 up to April 2019 with extra evidence, showing that we have been committed to our relationship, even if we weren't able to live together? I have included photos with descriptions and airline tickets with bank highlighted bank statement transactions as well as our communication (letters, cards, messages), but it probably will have some gaps in between the dates. Thank you AussieDude!! I will surely keep you updated. We are about to make a payment and start the online Application this week.
