  1. Thanks for your reply Sammy. Taking into account that they are informal conversations, do you know if I need to get them translated from an authorised NAATI translator? Or could I just put my translation there? Thanks in advance.
  2. Hello Everyone, I hope everyone is fine and someone could help me to solve this question: I am applying for De facto Relationship inshore, as part of evidence my partner and I have conversations and posts in social media. But we always keep contact in Spanish language, do we need to upload those conversations and posts's screen shots with an English translation? Many thanks in advance.

    Form 80

Sorry Sammy, do you know if the form 80 must be completed just for the applicant, or it is requested for the Sponsor as well? Thank you so much in advance.

    Form 80

Hello evryone, I am in the process of applying for Partner Visa as de facto relationship. I have a question, it is necessary to fill up the form 80? All the questions have been answered in the online application. I am confused about it because I just downloaded the form and seem quiet similar to the question that I have already answered in the online application. I hope you can help me to clarify that. Thanks in advance.
  6. Hello all, I am in the process of my application for partner visa , I currently live with my partner in Australia and we will apply for defacto relationship. I have a question, my mother and my siblings are in my country but none of them is dependent of me, however at some point I would like them to come to visit Australia as tourists or visitors. Should I mention them in some instance of my application? I find this options: Migrating, non-migrating members of the family unit and applicant's immediate family members. Or is it better not to mention them in the application? Thank you very much in advance.
  7. Hi everyone, I have a question since I have found different information about this. I am just starting my application for de facto relationship, I live together with my partner in Australia. The application of the sponsorship must be done before the Partner Visa application?, and if not, at what time should I do that sponsor application: after having made the payment of the Partner Visa application? Thank you very much in advance.
  8. Hello everyone, I will start soon my application for de facto relationship, at the moment I have a question, my partner is an Australian citizen but he lost his citizenship certificate, do you know if I'm gonna need that certificate in the process (to request now a copy) or is enough with his Australian passport as proof of identity? Thank you very much in advance..
