  1. Hi! I hope everyone is well and safe. My partner and I have applied for Partner Visa 820, I have a question: Should we report our partner as spouse in the Tax return? Is that really important for migration? We are planning to get a loan to buy our house under my partner's name and we are afraid that including my income in his Tax Return as his de facto partner should affect his loan application. Many thanks in advance for any help you can provide us. Keep safe!
  2. Hi Everyone, I hope everyone is well and safe in this difficult times. We have applied for 820/801 Visa. We already submitted the application for my Sponsor, my question is we are supposed to receive first an approval of the Sponsorship application? In the website it says just: Submitted. And another thing, if we have submitted all the evidence, do we need to press any bottom or somthing to let them know that all our evidence is already attached? Many thanks for any help you can provide us.
  3. Hello Everyone, I just have a question, there is any timeframe or maximum required time to upload all the evidence documents of my Partner Visa Application?. I already sent my application and paid the fee, I have received the email confirming they received my application and have gotten my Bridging Visa, now I am just wondering how long can I wait to upload all the rest of the documents (there are some documents that I dont have ready yet...due to our lack of time) I hope you can help me to solve this question. Many thanks in advance.
  4. Hello Everyone, I am in the process of applying for Partner Visa by de facto relationship. I have a question, We have already done two separate statutary declarations to explain from each point of view the Development of our relationship. Now, for the Financial, Commitment, household and social aspects can we make a Joint Statutary Declaration explaining those aspects? I think if we do two separate ones will be exactly the same in both of them, or could you please advise me what is the best way to explain by words every evidence that we are uploading for those aspects? Many thanks in advance for any help.
  5. Thanks for your reply Sammy. Taking into account that they are informal conversations, do you know if I need to get them translated from an authorised NAATI translator? Or could I just put my translation there? Thanks in advance.
  6. Hello Everyone, I hope everyone is fine and someone could help me to solve this question: I am applying for De facto Relationship inshore, as part of evidence my partner and I have conversations and posts in social media. But we always keep contact in Spanish language, do we need to upload those conversations and posts's screen shots with an English translation? Many thanks in advance.

    Form 80

Sorry Sammy, do you know if the form 80 must be completed just for the applicant, or it is requested for the Sponsor as well? Thank you so much in advance.

    Form 80

Hello evryone, I am in the process of applying for Partner Visa as de facto relationship. I have a question, it is necessary to fill up the form 80? All the questions have been answered in the online application. I am confused about it because I just downloaded the form and seem quiet similar to the question that I have already answered in the online application. I hope you can help me to clarify that. Thanks in advance.
  10. Hello all, I am in the process of my application for partner visa , I currently live with my partner in Australia and we will apply for defacto relationship. I have a question, my mother and my siblings are in my country but none of them is dependent of me, however at some point I would like them to come to visit Australia as tourists or visitors. Should I mention them in some instance of my application? I find this options: Migrating, non-migrating members of the family unit and applicant's immediate family members. Or is it better not to mention them in the application? Thank you very much in advance.
  11. Hi everyone, I have a question since I have found different information about this. I am just starting my application for de facto relationship, I live together with my partner in Australia. The application of the sponsorship must be done before the Partner Visa application?, and if not, at what time should I do that sponsor application: after having made the payment of the Partner Visa application? Thank you very much in advance.
  12. Hello everyone, I will start soon my application for de facto relationship, at the moment I have a question, my partner is an Australian citizen but he lost his citizenship certificate, do you know if I'm gonna need that certificate in the process (to request now a copy) or is enough with his Australian passport as proof of identity? Thank you very much in advance..
