Spouse Visa if the partner is in India for last 2 years

Recommended Posts

Hi every one..

I hope my confusion gets cleared here. My husband holds Australian PR and it is valid till 2021. He is in India for last 2 years and working here. Now we both want to move to Australia. So will it be a regular process or since my husband is in India will the process change. Do we have to do any additional work.

Please suggest me on this. Thank you every one and your responce is much appreciated.

An Australian permanent resident can sponsor their spouse.

1. You must meet the spouse eligibility, whether marriage or de facto.

2. He must not be subject to any sponsorship limitation.

3. As he is offshore, he should keep an eye on when his Resident Return Visa expires.
