Which one should i do for skill assesment?

I did my masters in telecommunication engineering in university of south australia.iam currently in 485 visa.i have quick question regarding skill assessment .
My husband is primary applicant in 189 visa.i dont have work experience .which one should i go for acs or EA...i did not find my course code in EA..so do i need to do cdr?..
My college is university of south australia mawson lake campus..degree..LmeL masters in engineering (telecommunication).

The degree should be listed by EA.  I would email and query that.

As a degree in engineering its better to use EA, rather than ACS.  If EA will not list the degree, then fallback to ACS.
