You have stated that you have a 12 month visitor visa. Therefore you need to look at your visitor visa grant notice. It will state whether it is single or multiple entry, and the last date to arrive by. It will will also state whether there is a maximum period of stay on each arrival too.

Is there a maximum period of stay in each arrival.

Also, prior to this current visitor visa, have you been in Australia at any time in the last 2 years on another visitor visa?

Length of stay 12 month(s) from the date of each arrival
Travel Multiple entries

no sir not traveled to Australia, this is first time to visit australia to meet my real brother (pr holder).

pls guide me through the doubt! that can i stay more than 60 days ie 100 days in one stay .

and by doing that at once  makes me getting  future visa's difficult if i live more than 60 days as a ideal tourist do!?

You can travel to/from Australia as many times as you want between now and 15 October 2020. On each arrival you can stay for a maximum of 12 months. For example if you arrive on 14 October 2020 you can stay for 12 months from date of that arrival. However, just be mindful that your visit visa is subject to the condition that you cannot stay in Australia for more than 12 months in an 18 month period.
